Panic Attacks:
A person having a strong negative feeling that something severe is going to happen is the underlying cause of panic attacks. Everyone experiences anxiety from time to time. It is normal to have money worries, problems with relationships, problems at work etc. However, if these problems persist for a long period then it can have a debilitating effect on a person. That person could be in a constant state of anxiety. If that person has been having money problems for a long period and feels that there is no way out, then the thought of having to lose the mortgage on his/her house for example, could be enough for him/her to start having panic attacks.
Panic attacks could also be induced from a phobia that a person may be suffering. If a person suffers from Tourette's Syndrome, then the thought of having to deal with this anxiety disorder could also trigger a panic attack. The feeling that something severe is going to happen is the cause of panic attacks.
When I was suffering from my anxiety disorder I used to often feel panicky. After suffering from this debilitating problem for years, only when I managed to free myself of the anxiety disorder, I started feeling more in control. Cures for Panic attacks is covered in "The Root Cause".
